Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of quicknol (the “service”), operated by Quicknol Digital Services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
quicknol is an independent way to request a balance top-up for a nol transit card online. We take your tag ID and chosen amount, then a manager confirms the request and arranges payment with you. We are not the transport authority and are not affiliated with any government body.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the correct 10-digit nol tag ID. A balance loaded to an ID you gave is applied to that ID.
- Provide a valid email so we can reach you to confirm.
- Only request top-ups for a card you are entitled to use.
Payments
No card details are entered on this site. After you send a request, a manager confirms the amount and arranges payment. Any applicable service fee is confirmed before you pay. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and continuous access is not warranted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from an incorrect tag ID provided by the user, delays caused by third parties, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Contact: Quicknol Digital Services, 1 34A St, Umm Suqeim First, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, UAE · contact@quicknol.org.
