How do I top up a nol card through this site?

Open the recharge page, enter your 10-digit nol tag ID, choose an amount in AED, add your email and send the request. A manager confirms it within 24 hours. There is no account to create.

How long does a nol card recharge take?

A manager confirms your request within 24 hours; once confirmed, the balance is loaded to the card.

How is payment arranged?

You do not enter card details on this site. After you send the request, a manager contacts you to arrange payment for the top-up.

Are there fees or limits?

Preset amounts are 30, 40, 50, 100 and 150 AED, and you can enter a custom amount. Any applicable service fee is confirmed by the manager before you pay.

What if my top-up is not credited?

Contact support with the email and tag ID you used and we will check the request and put it right.

Is it safe to send my details?

The form only asks for your tag ID, amount and email over a secure connection. No card details are collected on this site.

Can I get a refund?

If a top-up was paid for but not delivered to your card, contact support. How refunds are handled is described on the refund policy page.
