What we collect

• The nol tag ID and the top-up amount you enter.
• The email address, and optional phone number, you provide so we can reach you.
• Basic technical data such as your language choice and information your browser sends, used to run the site.

Card data

No card details are collected on this site. Payment is arranged directly with a manager after your request, so we do not receive or store your card number here.

Why we use it

We use the data only to process the request, contact you, answer support enquiries and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary to fulfil a top-up and, where required, with authorities under applicable law.

Retention & your rights

We keep records for as long as needed to support the request and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them. You can ask what data we hold, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it — email contact@quicknol.org.
